* Registration fee is non refundable and will not be refunded for event cancellation except excess fees.

* Registration fee is not transferable to another event. After the acceptance, no refund will be made for any reasons.

* Payment confirmation is your payment receipt.

* Personal information will be used only for each event contact, insurance procedures, and providing upcoming event information

* The dead line for the registration is 2 weeks before the event day. (Payment confirmation needs to be valid.)
