Participation rules and regulations
Code of Agreement
People who participate in the Tottori Cycling Asslciation host event shall agree with the following rules and regulations .
- 1. In order to participate in the event, I, participant, shall pay attention to my health condition, comply with all traffic regulations and manners, follow the instructions of officers and interruption to others, abuse, verbal abuse, and littering shall not be performed.
- 2. I am assuming risks, accidents, injuries and negligence, both known and unknown, of participants, parents, guardians, relatives, and associates and agreeing not to sue and release from liability Tottori Cycling Association and that I am giving up substantial legal rights and agreeing to participate at my own risk.
- 3. I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable. I understand that this is an outdoor event and the Tottori Cycling Association will not accept responsibility for goods damaged due to inclement weather. No refunds will be made for any reason.
I understand and consent all the conditions above.
